Chirag Narasimiah | Founder
Chirag is the Founder of Deep Cover Law. He has over 6 years of experience working on a myriad of matters after graduating from Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar. Chirag was previously associated with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, New Delhi, and then with Khaitan & Co, Bengaluru, working with the general corporate and commercial practices at both firms. In 2021, he transitioned from his role as a Senior Associate with Khaitan & Co to pursue an independent practice.
Alongside his keen interest and enthusiasm for solving corporate and commercial law issues, he is deeply passionate about the ever developing sports law landscape in India.
As is evident from the name of the firm, Chirag is an avid sports fan and seldom misses a chance to watch live sport, particularly cricket and football.
Sreenivasan Narasimhan | Associate
Sreenivasan is an Associate at Deep Cover Law. A lawyer and a qualified Company Secretary, he currently advises startups and multinational companies on a variety of corporate and forex laws. He also advises not-for-profits on compliance and governance matters.
He is a public-spirited person who wishes to imbibe legal awareness among his friends, family, and colleagues. His main goal is to make sure that clients feel the ease of doing business in India.
Sreenivasan’s keen interest in securities laws keeps him glued to the stock markets.
